About Coaching and Hypnotherapy

People have ideas about hypnotherapy based on stage and TV shows, however that is not therapy.  Therapy is about helping people in a safe and supportive place which is offered at The Good Place.

Hypnotherapy has helped me to become a far more optimistic and positive person, focussing on moving forward.  People often feel stuck - stuck with weight loss, stuck in a relationship, stuck with self-confidence issues – a mixture of coaching and hypnotherapy in a supportive environment can really help you to move forward, to find your goal and reach it. 

Coaching is challenging you to find the answers which are within you.  Coaching helps you to find your long-term goals and then break those down into smaller attainable steps which will lead you to your good place.

I believe a combination of coaching and hypnotherapy can help to realise your potential, find a goal and give you the confidence to move forward in a positive way.
