Introduction to Hypnotherapy Session
£30
If you would like an introduction to hypnotherapy session to help you overcome any nervousness of the therapy.
Hypnotherapy and coaching
£70 per hour session
Individual help to move forwards.
Bespoke sessions, tailored for you, based on agreed goals.
Eight Week Weight Loss Programme
8 weeks of 1 hour sessions, each session is half an hour of coaching on how to eat differently and half an hour of hypnotherapy.
Cost is £70 per session for the 7 sessions and the 8th session is free.
The price is inclusive of a journal book and copies of the audio files of your sessions which can be used for re-enforcement purposes.
Virtual Gastric band
4 weeks to "fit" and "tighten" a virtual gastric band.
£70.00 per hour session
Additional Weight Loss Sessions
£60
If you require additional weight loss sessions after the 8 weeks, further sessions can be booked for up to 12 months from your introductory session at £60 per session.
